Cairo: The Ministry of Health and Population announced that a total of 5,063,722 free medical services have been provided over three days since the launch of the third edition of the '100 Days of Health' campaign, which commenced on July 15, 2025. The initiative is part of the directives set by Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, the Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, with the aim of enhancing healthcare services throughout the nation.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Health Ministry Spokesman Hossam Abdel Ghaffar reported that on Friday alone, the campaign delivered 1,570,726 services. The breakdown of services includes 616,883 provided by the primary healthcare and family planning sector, 362,407 through the therapeutic care sector, 205,377 from health insurance organization hospitals, and 5,402 emergency services by the Egyptian Ambulance Organization.
Additionally, the campaign has reached out to 85,681 individuals with health awareness and educational services. These services were facilitated by community outreach teams operating in public spaces, clubs, and shopping malls across various governorates, as further elaborated by the spokesman.
