Giza: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli recently inspected the ongoing development project of Om El-Masryeen General Hospital in Giza. He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Assistant Minister of Health Sherif Mustafa, and Giza Governor Adel El Naggar.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the prime minister emphasized the renovation of Om El-Masryeen Hospital as part of the government's broader initiative to upgrade public hospitals and enhance healthcare services for citizens. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar noted the hospital's crucial role in providing healthcare to a significant number of people in the area, marking its development as a key priority.
The project encompasses an area of 17,850 square meters, with 12,000 square meters dedicated to buildings. It includes the construction of a new main building, an outpatient clinic building, and the renovation of six existing buildings. Additionally, upgrades to the hospital's infrastructure, utilities, and external areas are part of the plan.
Upon completion, the hospital will offer 306 inpatient beds, 87 intensive care unit beds, 10 neonatal incubators, 23 dialysis machines, 12 operating rooms, and 37 outpatient clinics.
