This support is most evident in Egypt's assistance to Palestinian State institutions, helping them fulfill their roles in societal protection and the upholding of the rule of law, particularly amid the region's challenges.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Shawky's remarks were made during a meeting with Palestinian counterpart Akram Al-Khatib. During this meeting, two cooperation protocols were signed between the Egyptian Public Prosecution and the Public Prosecution of the State of Palestine. These agreements aim to bolster judicial cooperation and facilitate the exchange of expertise. They represent a comprehensive vision for institutional collaboration, focusing on developing joint judicial frameworks, sharing investigative and prosecutorial expertise, and tackling organized and emerging crimes. Additionally, the agreements emphasize cooperation in training, capacity-building, and the development of judicial personnel to keep pace with technological advancements, efficiently manage cyber crime, and enhance human rights protection.
