Luxor: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli inspected the Citizens Services Complex, known as the technological center, in al Rayania village in the Armant district during a visit to Luxor to review projects under the first phase of the presidential Hayah Karima 'Decent Life' initiative.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Luxor Governor Abdel Motaleb Emara stated that the center is fully equipped and operational, providing integrated government services to residents and thereby reducing the time and effort required to complete procedures. He added that the governorate has 22 technological centers, including 13 in villages covered by the initiative.
During his tour, the prime minister was briefed on the completed Family and Childhood Development Building in al Rayania village, which includes nursery classrooms, play areas, physical therapy units, speech therapy rooms, a gym, literacy classes, training workshops, and a family planning clinic.
It is noteworthy that Al Rayania Center spans about 750 square meters across three floors and offers around 353 services, including local administration, social solidarity, ration cards, postal services, real estate registration, and civil registry services, with several units already in operation.
