Cairo: The Ministry of Health and Population has announced that a total of 37,814,233 free medical services have been delivered in just 24 days since the commencement of the third edition of the '100 Days of Health' campaign, which kicked off on July 15, 2025.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the campaign is being executed following the directives of Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar. The initiative is focused on enhancing healthcare services across the nation.
On Thursday, 1,545,445 services were provided, as reported by Health Ministry Spokesman Hossam Abdel Ghaffar. The '100 Healthy Days' campaign has delivered 565,603 services through the primary care and family planning sector alone.
Additionally, the therapeutic care sector contributed 441,455 services, alongside 66,148 services under presidential initiatives for public health. The preventive medicine sector accounted for 37,477 services.
Abdel Ghaffar highlighted that the campaign also provided 50,618 services via units linked to the General Authority for Hospitals and Educational Institutes. Furthermore, the Mental Health Support Initiative facilitated 10,282 services.
The General Authority for Health Insurance's hospitals and clinics contributed 203,712 services, while the Ambulance Authority delivered 5,482 emergency services, Abdel Ghaffar noted.
