He described the inauguration as a representation of the New Republic and reiterated that Egypt's borders are a red line protected by its people.
El-Sisi also touched upon the 30 June Revolution, calling it a cry for justice and a demonstration of Egyptians' determination to protect their state. He began his speech by congratulating the Egyptian people on the national football team's success in the World Cup and ordered the playing of the "Martyrs' Salute."
President El-Sisi addressed the Palestinian cause, advocating for a comprehensive and just peace that resolves the Palestinian issue. He expressed appreciation for US President Donald Trump's peace efforts, which resulted in agreements to end conflicts in the region.
