Antalya: Foreign ministers of dozens of countries and representatives of many global forums have called for an end to Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories, and demanded implementation of the two-state solution while rejecting US and Israeli plans to ethnically cleanse Palestinians from besieged Gaza.According to State Information Service Egypt, in a joint statement of the Antalya Ministerial Meeting for the implementation of the two-state solution, members agreed that the Israel-Palestine conflict "is in its worst phase in decades, undermining efforts for the implementation of the two-state solution, international law and the principles of the United Nations Charter." The meeting on Palestine was attended by Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Representatives from the Arab League, Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and countries including Ireland, Norway, Slovenia, Spain, China, and Russia, focusing on ending Israel's actions in Gaza.The statement criticized the lack of progress towards a two-state solution, which they believe fuels extremism and violence. It urged all parties to engage in genuine talks, supported by international mediation, to bring an end to the occupation and violence in the region.Diplomats expressed concern over developments in Palestine, condemning Israeli attacks resulting in civilian casualties and infrastructure destruction.
