PM: Egyptian-Italian Partnership Represents Model of Strategic Integration

Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly highlighted on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the depth of the Egyptian-Italian relations: The partnership between Egypt and Italy exemplifies strategic integration, serving the interests of both nations and promoting sustainable development. This was emphasized during the signing ceremony of cooperation protocols for the establishment of 89 applied technology schools in collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and several local entities and Italian academies.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Prime Minister Madbouly stated that technical and technological education is a priority for the Egyptian government, reflecting the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi. Viewing it as a cornerstone for building a robust economy rooted in knowledge and productivity, he noted that the event marks the start of expanded partnerships aimed at equipping a new generation for both local and international workforce competitiveness.

Madbouly expressed appreciation for the Egyptian ministers who have supported this vision and acknowledged the private sector's ongoing role as an active partner in achieving national objectives. He also conveyed gratitude to the Italian Minister of Education and Administration for their commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation in education and training.

The prime minister emphasized that the partnership signifies more than mere agreements; it is a shared commitment by Egypt and Italy to invest in human capital, exchange expertise, and collaborate towards a future characterized by a strong economy and cohesive society.
