Cairo:Mabarret Misr El Qadima Hospital has been awarded Diamond Status in the World Stroke Organization (WSO) Angels Awards for the third quarter of this year, as announced by the Ministry of Health and Population. This accolade recognizes the hospital's outstanding care and treatment for stroke patients, as well as its adherence to advanced quality standards that align with internationally recognized program criteria.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Ministry of Health and Population Spokesman Hossam Abdel Ghaffar explained that Diamond Status is the highest level of distinction within the WSO Awards program. The program assesses the quality of stroke care services provided by hospitals using a comprehensive set of medical indicators.

These indicators include the speed of diagnosis and therapeutic intervention, the efficiency of diagnostic and treatment procedures, compliance with clinical protocols, and the provision of specialized patient care. The recognition highlights the hospital's commitment to excellence in these areas.
