Cairo: Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production Abdel Meguid Sakr on Thursday discussed with Italian Minister of Defense Guido Crosetto means of enhancing military cooperation. This discussion took place during a meeting between Sakr and the visiting Italian defense minister along with his accompanying delegation. According to State Information Service Egypt, the meeting tackled a number of topics of mutual interest. It also focused on transferring and exchanging expertise between the armed forces of both countries. The meeting was attended by a host of Egyptian and Italian military top brass, emphasizing the importance of the discussions in fostering stronger bilateral military relations.
