He stressed the need to ensure the unimpeded entry of humanitarian aid in sufficient quantities, support early recovery and reconstruction efforts, and improve living conditions for Palestinians, paving the way for the Palestinian Authority to resume its responsibilities in Gaza, within a comprehensive vision that preserves the unity of Palestinian territory and supports a political process aimed at achieving a just and comprehensive peace in line with international references.
Abdelatty warned of the dangerous situation in the West Bank amid the alarming escalation of settler violence and continued land confiscation policies, noting that such practices threaten to widen the circle of tension and require urgent international intervention to halt violations and prevent further deterioration on the ground.
