This award was achieved following a comprehensive global assessment conducted by Top Employers Institute, the international body specialized in evaluating and certifying the world's best workplaces.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the institute has been honoring leading companies and institutions for more than 25 years for excellence in human resources practices and workplace culture. This recognition reaffirms Sanofi Egypt's commitment to providing an advanced and motivating work environment that places employees at the center of its priorities, supports professional growth, and promotes a culture of inclusion, diversity, and innovation.
The 'Best Employer' certification is awarded to companies and organizations that demonstrate excellence in adopting and implementing best human resources practices through a comprehensive evaluation covering all aspects of the employee experience within the organization. The assessment is based on an extensive survey of more than 250 questions across 10 main pillars, including talent strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding programs, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, as well as corporate culture, social responsibility, and sustainability, within an inclusive and diversity-supportive work environment.
The evaluation by the Top Employers Institute assesses how effectively these practices are integrated within the organization. It evaluates the core mechanisms supporting them-including corporate strategy, governance, measurement tools, and technology-to ensure all workplace initiatives deliver a measurable and lasting impact on the employee experience.
