Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly met with Ambassador Alaa Youssef following his appointment as Chairman of the State Information Service (SIS). This appointment was decreed by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, along with the announcement of the new SIS Board’s formation.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Prime Minister Madbouly extended his congratulations to the newly formed SIS Board. He emphasized the board’s composition of prominent media, journalistic, and intellectual figures who possess substantial experience in the field. Madbouly expressed confidence that this expertise would enable the board to effectively monitor local and international public opinion on issues of national concern. The board is also tasked with guiding and enlightening local public opinion through direct communication and informing global audiences via various media channels.
