President El-Sisi Oversees Swearing-In Ceremony of New Governors and Deputies

Heliopolis: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi presided over the swearing-in ceremony of newly appointed Governors and Deputy Governors at Al-Ittihadiya Palace in Heliopolis. The ceremony was marked by the presence of Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and Minister of Local Development and Environment, Dr. Manal Awad. The appointments are seen as a significant step in the administrative restructuring of various Egyptian governorates.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the newly appointed officials include Dr. Mohamed Salman Moussa Ibrahim Al-Zamloot as Governor of Matrouh, Dr. Ahmed Abdullah El-Hussein Mohamed Al-Ansary as Governor of Giza, and Mr. Ibrahim Ahmed Ibrahim Shahawy Abu Lamoun as Governor of Port Saeed, among others. The list also includes Dr. Hossam El-Din Fawzy Abdel-Fattah Abu-Seif as Governor of Damietta and Eng. Ayman Mohammed Ibrahim Ahmed Ateyya as Governor of Alexandria.

The event also saw the appointment of several Deputy Governors, with Dr. Ahmed Anwar Ateyya El-Adl and Mr. Omar Mahmoud El-Shafei El-Akrat taking on roles in Cairo, and Dr. Amira Yassin Mohamed Heikal appointed as Deputy Governor of Alexandria. Other notable appointments include Dr. Shady Yehia Abdel-Azim El-Mashad as Deputy Governor of El-Beheira and Mr. Mohamed Abdallah Mohamed Allam Zeidan as Deputy Governor of Suez.

Following the formalities, President El-Sisi convened a meeting with the newly appointed governors and their deputies, signaling the commencement of their duties and responsibilities in contributing to the development and administration of their respective regions.
