Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi affirmed that Egypt's youth are the strength of the nation and the makers of its future, stressing that their ideas, creativity, and active participation constitute a key pillar of the country's development and progress.

According to State Information Service Egypt, in a post on his official social media accounts marking World Youth Day, President El-Sisi said: "On World Youth Day, I affirm that Egypt's youth are the strength of our nation and the makers of its future, and that their ideas, creativity, and active participation represent a key pillar in the process of building and development."

He added: "I have directed the National Training Academy, in coordination with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and all relevant state institutions, to launch a national interactive platform under my auspices. The platform will serve as an open space for Egypt's youth to present their constructive ideas and initiatives, support their participation in community service, and promote a culture of volunteerism, belonging, and national responsibility."
