Cairo: Port Said Governor Moheb Habashi discussed with President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) Ismail Abdel Ghaffar ways to strengthen cooperation between the two sides. During the meeting, the governor welcomed the visit of the president of the academy.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Habashi expressed his appreciation for the academy's pivotal role in supporting the educational process and preparing qualified cadres in various fields to meet labor market demands and keep pace with technological advancements. The meeting also included discussions on several areas of cooperation between the governorate and the academy, particularly in training, capacity building, and human resource development.

For his part, Abdel Ghaffar expressed his pleasure at visiting Port Said and affirmed the academy's commitment to deepening cooperation with the governorate in support of sustainable development efforts and the advancement of high-quality education and training.
