Cairo: Egypt's Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly highlighted the need for effective international development cooperation to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. Addressing the Seville Action Platform, part of the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development in Spain, on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Madbouly noted that Egypt was recognized as a successful development model, particularly for its use of the Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF) to coordinate reforms under Egypt Vision 2030 and mobilize funding through the NWFI national platform, which targets high-return projects in water, food, and energy.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Madbouly pointed to key initiatives such as the 'Takaful and Karama' cash support programme and the 'Hayah Kareema' (Decent Life) rural development project, which serves over 60 million citizens, as examples of inclusive and impactful development.

Madbouly urged the transformation of the Seville platform into a mechanism for translating global commitments into concrete results, fostering international collaboration to ensure no one is left behind.
