Cairo: Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty reaffirmed Egypt's firm rejection of any violations or attacks against Saudi Arabia. This statement was made during a meeting with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in India.According to State Information Service Egypt, Abdelatty emphasized Egypt's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and expressed support for the Kingdom in confronting threats to its security, sovereignty, or territorial integrity. The meeting focused on the strong bilateral relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, discussing high-level visits and advancing institutional cooperation frameworks, reflecting the strategic nature of their relations.The ministers also exchanged views on recent regional developments, addressing efforts to reduce tensions and enhance security and stability in the region.
