Dakar: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty arrived in Senegal on Thursday, July 24, 2025, marking the final stop of his official tour to West Africa.
According to State Information Service Egypt, during his visit, Abdelatty is scheduled to meet with senior government officials and representatives from the private sector. The discussions will focus on enhancing bilateral cooperation in several areas, including trade, infrastructure, and human capital development.
Talks are also set to cover joint efforts to tackle regional security threats in the Sahel region. There will be discussions on counterterrorism cooperation and broader coordination within the African Union and other relevant regional organizations.
