Amman: Egyptian citizens in Jordan began voting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, for 30 parliamentary constituencies annulled in the first phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections. Polling runs from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time at the Egyptian Embassy in Amman and the Consulate in Aqaba.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the first day of voting on Monday saw strong turnout in the evening hours. The electoral committee, led by Ambassador Khaled El-Abyad, confirmed the security and integrity of ballot boxes and completed all necessary arrangements. Voting is conducted using valid Egyptian passports or national ID cards.
