Cairo: Egypt greeted the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, its leadership, and people on the kingdom's Independence Day. Foreign ministry spokesman Tamim Khallaf expressed these sentiments on his official X account, highlighting the significance of the occasion.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Khallaf emphasized Egypt's aspiration to enhance the sisterly relations and cooperation with Jordan, building on the strong ties that have existed for decades between the two nations.
