Cairo: Egypt strongly condemned on Thursday the continued Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan, describing them as a highly dangerous escalation that threatens regional security and stability and constitutes a violation of the sovereignty of the three countries and the safety of their residents.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates issued a statement on Thursday, July 16, 2026, affirming Egypt's full solidarity with the three Arab countries in confronting any threats to their security and territorial integrity.

The statement reiterated Egypt's firm rejection of all actions that could broaden the scope of the conflict or jeopardize the security of Arab states.
