Cairo: The Armed Forces organised their annual celebration to commemorate the 10th of Ramadan victory, 1447 AH, in the presence of top military officials and senior scholars from the Awqaf Ministry and Al-Azhar. The event began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an by Sheikh Khaled El-Garhy.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Dr. El-Shahat El-Sayed El-Azzazi, a senior scholar of Al-Azhar, addressed the audience, emphasizing the religious and national values embodied in the anniversary. He described it as an occasion that symbolizes victory in reclaiming the sacred land of Sinai, achieved by the Armed Forces through their deep faith in divine support.

Major General Ehab Mohamed El-Fayoumi, Assistant Minister of Defense, spoke on behalf of Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense. El-Fayoumi highlighted the courage and dedication of the servicemen who played a pivotal role in the 10th of Ramadan victory, noting it as a source of national pride and inspiration.

He further stated that the Armed Forces are committed to upholding the legacy of the victory generation through dedication and sacrifice, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and preparedness to protect the nation and its territories.

The celebration concluded with another recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an, marking the solemnity and significance of the occasion.
