Cairo: Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi congratulated Egypt's youth archery team after winning five medals at the Abidjan 2025 African Archery Championships, held from November 19 to 24. He said that the strong results reflect the team's high level of performance, affirming the ministry's commitment to providing young athletes with the conditions needed to progress.According to State Information Service Egypt, Egypt's medals included gold for Nourah El-Sabbagh in the compound event, gold for Nouray El Sayed in the U-18 girls' event, mixed team gold for El Sayed and Ismail Ezzeldin, silver for Ezzeldin in the U-18 boys' event, and a team silver for Ezzeldin, Ahmed Mohsen and Zein El Din Mohamed.
