He noted that Rwanda has achieved significant progress in the education sector, improved healthcare services and continued to attract investments, reflecting the success of its ongoing development efforts.
The embassy of Rwanda in Cairo celebrated the 32nd anniversary of Kwibohora (Liberation Day) on Saturday. The event was attended by Assistant Foreign Minister for African Affairs Karim Sherif, representing Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty, along with a number of African ambassadors.
