Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent a cable of greetings to Burkina Faso's President Ibrahim Traor© on the occasion of his country's National Day. He delegated Presidency Secretary Abdelaziz el Sherif to the Burkina Faso embassy in Cairo to offer greetings on the occasion.

According to State Information Service Egypt, President El-Sisi also extended similar greetings to Kenyan President William Samoei Ruto on Kenya's Independence Day. Presidency Secretary Ahmed Mohamed Reda was delegated to the Kenyan embassy in Cairo to extend the president's greetings.
