Cairo:President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi held a meeting with Major General Mohamed Abdel Fattah Abu Bakr, the Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), to discuss the organization's development strategy.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the discussion focused on enhancing the AOI's manufacturing and technological capabilities. The chairman presented the organization's achievements in localizing advanced manufacturing technologies and its involvement in various civil and military sectors. These efforts align with Egypt's Vision 2030, aiming to meet industrial requirements with international quality standards and explore new markets and export channels.

The AOI chairman detailed strategic projects supporting public, freight, and light transport systems, emphasizing partnerships with the private sector and international corporations. The AOI aims to attract industrial investments to bolster its projects.

President El-Sisi stressed the importance of continuing efforts to deepen local manufacturing, localize technology, and attract investments. He highlighted the need for the AOI to serve as a platform for industrial integration, combining advanced manufacturing, private sector expertise, and foreign investments to enhance the nation's industrial capacities and competitiveness.
