Cairo: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has sent a cable of congratulations to King Philippe of Belgium, on the occasion of the Belgian National Day.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the President delegated Presidential Secretary Mohamed Reda El Sayed to the Belgian Embassy in Cairo to extend his congratulations.
