Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has decided to renew Amr El-Hag's appointment as the president of the Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority (EAEA). This decision was announced on July 15, 2025, signifying the continuation of his leadership and contributions to the organization.

According to State Information Service Egypt, this renewal underscores the confidence in Dr. El-Hag's leadership, acknowledging his efforts in improving the research infrastructure and enhancing training programs for young professionals.
