PM Launches “Foreign Trade Information Portal” as Egypt’s Largest Integrated Trade Data Platform

Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly witnessed on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, the launch of the 'Foreign Trade Information Portal,' described as Egypt's largest integrated national platform for trade data, developed by the Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the launch event, held at the Cabinet headquarters in the New Capital, was attended by senior government officials, parliamentarians, business leaders, exporters, and representatives of international organizations, including United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Officials said the platform provides a unified digital system with over 60 million data records from local and international sources, covering around 6,650 HS-coded products, enabling exporters and investors to analyze global markets and identify export opportunities.

They added that the portal is part of Egypt's broader digital transformation strategy aimed at improving transparency, supporting exporters and boosting the competitiveness of Egyptian trade and investment globally.
