Cairo: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli visited the 'Saba Residence Compound' project located in the Northern expansions area of 6th of October City. The project is being executed by the Ministry of Housing.
According to State Information Service Egypt, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif el Sherbiny, provided details about the project, which encompasses 85 residential buildings with a total of 2,040 fully finished housing units. The units vary in size from 100 to 142 square meters, with all buildings featuring elevators for easy access.
The compound is surrounded by a perimeter wall and has three access gates. It is strategically positioned at the intersection of Boulevard Road and the Middle Ring Road. The development includes modern landscaping, walking paths, and green open spaces. All units are delivered fully finished, with interiors and access to essential services.
The project also incorporates logistical and support services, ensuring a comprehensive living environment for its future residents.
