Dubai: At the official invitation of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders, is visiting the UAE to participate in the Arab Media Summit.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the summit will be held in Dubai from May 26 to 28, 2025, as announced by the Egyptian Sheikhdom of Al Azhar on Saturday, May 24, 2025.

The Grand Imam is scheduled to deliver the keynote speech during the opening session, in which he will underscore the vital role of media in addressing contemporary global challenges, promoting dialogue, and supporting societal values.
