PM Inaugurates New Headquarters for Egyptian Ambulance Organization in Hadayek October

Cairo: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Saturday opened a new headquarters for the Egyptian Ambulance Organization during a ceremony commemorating 123 years since the inception of ambulance services in Egypt.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the new facility boasts a national call center that operates around the clock to handle both emergency and non-emergency calls via the 123 hotline. The center utilizes an automated dispatch system to allocate ambulances based on real-time location and availability, enhancing the efficiency of emergency response.

Additionally, a new mobile interface has been introduced, connecting ambulances with dispatch units through tablets to improve coordination and response times. The visit also celebrated the launch of the "Es3afny" mobile app, which enables users to request non-urgent ambulance services, track ambulances, review costs, and submit complaints or suggestions.
