Minya: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli handed over contracts for housing units and state land legalization to beneficiaries from Minya governorate on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

According to State Information Service Egypt, this initiative aligns with directives from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to provide safe housing for families most in need. It is part of the presidential "New Beginning for Human Development" initiative.

The handover aims to secure stable living conditions for eligible citizens and support social stability in Upper Egypt.
