PM: Egypt is Making Great Effort to Prioritize Health, Education

Cairo: Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the university hospital affiliated with Newgiza University. He emphasized that the state is prioritizing health and education, making great efforts to achieve significant progress through state facilities. He highlighted the essential role of the private sector as a complement to the Egyptian state's initiatives, particularly in the education and health systems. The new medical complex is seen as a model of private-sector participation, offering substantial services in both fields.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Prime Minister Madbouly addressed the concerns of Egyptian citizens regarding access to high-quality facilities. He assured them that they can indeed receive treatment at these facilities. He further explained that with the implementation of the comprehensive health insurance system, the state is integrating both state and private hospitals. This initiative ensures that Egyptian citizens have the right to obtain care anywhere, including in private sector facilities, as the system will cover their treatment costs.

Dr. Madbouly stressed the importance of having a large number of medical and educational facilities providing top-level services, as this ultimately benefits Egyptian citizens. He expressed gratitude to those involved in the design, planning, execution, and supervision of the construction, and to those responsible for operating the facility. He concluded his speech by wishing everyone success and prosperity, and expressing a hopeful outlook for Egypt's future.
