Petroleum Ministry and AD Ports Group Discuss Regional Cooperation Enhancement

Abu dhabi: Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi held discussions with senior officials from AD Ports Group on advancing the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the ministry and the group.According to State Information Service Egypt, the agreement aims to foster regional cooperation between Egypt and the UAE in the field of logistics and energy infrastructure. In a statement released on Tuesday, the Petroleum Ministry said that the minister had talks with Regional CEO at AD Ports Group Ahmad Almutawa, Chief Executive Officer of the Ports Cluster Saif Al Mazrouei, and General Manager of TCM Project Management Mahmoud Farag Omran.During the visit, the minister and his accompanying delegation toured Abu Dhabi Port, where they were briefed on the port's operational systems and logistics capabilities. Badawi underscored that regional collaboration is a key pillar of the Petroleum Ministry's strategic agenda. He noted that the ongoing partnership with AD Ports Gro up reflects this commitment by combining the Group's advanced digital systems and operational expertise with the robust and modern infrastructure of Egypt's petroleum sector.
