Cairo: The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has updated its online citizen services platform by adding public shop licensing, increasing the total number of services to 36, as per a Cabinet statement on Monday, May 26, 2025.
According to State Information Service Egypt, citizens can now access services digitally without needing to visit service centres. The platform includes e-payment options through Fawry or Visa, with ongoing efforts aimed at fully digitizing all services available at new city agencies.
