Cairo: National Media Authority (NMA) Chairman Ahmed El Meslemani hosted Ambassador Alaa Youssef, Chairman of the Board of the State Information Service (SIS), at the authority's headquarters in Maspero. The meeting was part of ongoing efforts to strengthen coordination and cooperation between the two media institutions.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the NMA and SIS are poised to sign an expanded cooperation protocol. This protocol aims to promote institutional integration and leverage the accumulated expertise and technical capabilities of both organizations. The collaboration will focus on joint news production and coverage, as well as organizing training and capacity-building programs for media and journalism professionals.

The protocol also aims to coordinate media messaging for both domestic and international audiences. Additionally, it seeks to develop digital publishing mechanisms to address national issues and showcase the country's comprehensive development efforts.
