Nasser Social Bank and Egypt Post Join Forces to Enhance Financial Services

Cairo: Nasser Social Bank and Egypt Post have announced a significant collaboration aimed at expanding financial and banking services across Egypt. The agreement, signed on Sunday, July 26, 2026, seeks to promote financial inclusion and advance digital transformation by utilizing post offices nationwide for services such as pension and salary disbursements.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Social Solidarity Minister and Nasser Social Bank Chairwoman Maya Morsy highlighted that the new protocol will facilitate pensioners and employees in collecting their dues via post office ATMs using the 123 network. Additionally, post offices will assist in processing and forwarding pension and alimony applications to the bank, simplifying procedures for those in underserved regions.

National Post Authority Board Chairwoman Dalia El Baz stated that this cooperation is part of the authority's broader strategy to extend government and financial services through its extensive network. This initiative aims to make payments, disbursements, and financing more accessible to the public.

Nasser Social Bank Vice Chairman Waleed El Nahhas explained that the protocol enables bank clients to manage their financial transactions at post offices. It also introduces specialized financing programs for postal workers and pensioners, enhancing social protection measures.
