Cairo: Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Mohamed Farid announced that Investor Service Centers (ISCs) and their affiliated facilities are operating at full capacity throughout the week. He assured that recent government cost-saving measures have not impacted their operations.
According to State Information Service Egypt, services continue during regular working hours, both in-person and through digital platforms, ensuring that investors have uninterrupted access and efficient processing of their requests. Farid emphasized that despite some government entities implementing remote work arrangements on Sundays during April, the ISCs have maintained stable operations.
Farid further confirmed that the quality of services and processing times remain consistent, even with the adoption of energy-saving measures. To ensure smooth operations, the minister conducted field inspections at several service centers. He stressed the importance of maintaining efficiency and supporting investors through simplified procedures.
