Cairo: The Ministry of Industry has denied the existence of any social media accounts, particularly on Facebook, that belong to Kamel El-Wazir, who serves as the Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Ministry clarified that Kamel El-Wazir does not operate or manage any official social media profiles. The announcement aims to address and dismiss any misconceptions or misinformation about the presence of such accounts, which may have been falsely attributed to El-Wazir.

The Ministry's statement underscores the importance of verifying the authenticity of social media accounts, especially those claiming to represent public officials. This clarification is intended to prevent the spread of false information and to ensure that the public receives accurate updates from verified sources.
