Cairo: Housing Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny met with officials from Housing and Development Properties (HDP) to review the company's marketing plan for promoting several projects affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority, alongside a number of investment opportunities. The meeting was attended by ministry and company representatives.

According to State Information Service Egypt, El-Sherbiny emphasized the ministry's goal to enhance cooperation with the private sector, which he described as a 'key partner' in advancing urban development. He highlighted the ministry's aim to maximize returns from completed projects and increase occupancy rates across residential, service, and investment activities.

El-Sherbiny further stated that the ministry is working to leverage available investment opportunities in new cities to attract both local and foreign investment. This initiative is intended to support the national economy, create jobs, and ensure effective utilization of the extensive infrastructure developed across various urban communities.

During the meeting, officials reviewed the sales and marketing status of several projects, including 'West View' in Sheikh Zayed City. They also discussed marketing efforts for projects in New Alamein and the New Administrative Capital. Additionally, the discussion covered investment opportunities under partnership arrangements between the ministry and HDP.
