Cairo: Healthcare authorities have officially announced the launch of the "In Egypt We Care" medical tourism project platforms via official digital channels. This initiative is strategically designed to position Egypt as a premier destination for integrated healthcare, offering advanced medical services that adhere to international standards. The project aims to provide a comprehensive treatment experience, underscoring the quality and leadership of the Egyptian healthcare system on both regional and international levels.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Healthcare, Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, stated that the "In Egypt We Care" project is aligned with the Egyptian state's vision to leverage its advanced healthcare capabilities. The initiative is set to promote medical tourism as a key component of sustainable development. The project capitalizes on Egypt's robust medical infrastructure, state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, and highly trained personnel who meet the highest international standards.

Dr. El-Sobky emphasized that the launch of the project's digital platforms serves as a direct communication channel with patients, both domestically and internationally. These platforms aim to introduce patients to the specialized medical services provided by the General Authority for Healthcare's facilities, thereby facilitating access to these services and boosting patient confidence in the quality of healthcare available.

The head of the authority further highlighted that the 'In Egypt We Care' platforms are designed to offer an integrated treatment experience. This journey begins with initial communication, continues with the provision of medical information and available services, and extends to follow-up and care. This reflects the professionalism of the Egyptian healthcare system and enhances its ability to compete in the realm of medical tourism at both regional and international levels.
