FRA Partners with Bayes Business School to Enhance Insurance Leadership

London: Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) Mohamed Farid and Egypt's Ambassador in London Sherif Kamel witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Financial Services Institute (FSI), the training arm of the FRA, and Bayes Business School at the University of London. The agreement aims to bolster leadership capabilities and competitiveness within Egypt's national insurance industry.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the deal is part of a broader cooperation protocol between the FSI and Egyptian insurance companies. The initiative focuses on key areas such as institutional leadership in the context of technological transformation, strategic thinking in digital environments, organizational change strategies, and the creation of innovative business models adaptable to rapid shifts in the insurance sector.

The University of London is set to host program activities twice annually, with guidance from international academics and practitioners. The signing ceremony coincided with meetings and activities of an official delegation in London, which aimed to assess the progress of Egypt's economic reforms. Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk and representatives from various government bodies were also present at the event.
