Cairo: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates said Egyptian women play a pivotal role in advancing the process of development and promoting the values ??of justice, equality and building society.

According to State Information Service Egypt, in a press statement released on Sunday to mark International Women's Day, the ministry reaffirmed Egypt's firm commitment to backing and empowering women.

The ministry also praised the distinguished achievements of Egyptian women at both the national and international levels, reflecting their competence and dedication.

It also took the opportunity to commend the significant contributions made by Egyptian female diplomats and all women working at the ministry, as they support diplomatic work and represent Egypt in various international forums.
