Cairo: The Egyptian Trade Union Federation (ETUF), led by Abdel Moneim El-Gamal, welcomed a joint statement by the House of Representatives and the Senate condemning Iranian aggression against Arab Gulf countries and Jordan.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the federation affirmed that the legislative branch’s stance clearly reflects Egypt’s support for Arab nations and the necessity of respecting state sovereignty.

It noted that Arab national security is inseparable from Egyptian security, necessitating collective action to reject aggression against sister states.

The ETUF emphasized adhering to political solutions through negotiation and dialogue while rejecting regional violence that could trigger serious global repercussions.
