New York:Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptians Expatriates, Badr Abdelatty, emphasized the importance of the Palestinian cause in Egypt's foreign policy, highlighting the necessity of a just and comprehensive settlement for regional peace and stability.

According to State Information Service Egypt, Abdelatty shared these views during an interview with Journalist Tim Constantine of The Washington Times. The discussion also focused on Egypt's efforts to bolster economic development, foster international cooperation, and address regional and international developments.

Abdelatty elaborated on Egypt's initiatives to reduce regional tensions and manage crises, advocating for political solutions through increased coordination and dialogue with involved parties and partners.

The interview also touched on developments in Iran, where Abdelatty expressed Egypt's support for dialogue and diplomacy as the optimal approach for resolving disputes.
