Riyadh:Cairo EgyptAir has announced the suspension of flights from Cairo and Alexandria to Riyadh. This decision comes in response to the temporary suspension of operations at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.

According to State Information Service Egypt, the suspension will remain in effect until flight operations resume, coordinated with the Saudi civil aviation authorities.

Passengers with confirmed tickets for the affected flights have been offered the option to change their itinerary to another destination within Saudi Arabia on EgyptAir flights without incurring change fees or fare differences. Those who wish to cancel their tickets can receive refunds without cancellation fees, following the applicable procedures.

EgyptAir's Integrated Operations Center is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available. The airline has advised passengers to verify their bookings through its customer service channels.
