Luanda: Egypt's National Judo Team emerged victorious, clinching 25 medals at the 2025 African Junior Judo Championships held in Luanda, Angola, from July 17 to 20.According to State Information Service Egypt, the tournament saw participation from 160 male and female athletes hailing from 16 different countries. The Egyptian team showcased remarkable skill and determination, securing a total of eight gold medals, six silver medals, and 11 bronze medals.The team was composed of 17 athletes, including 10 male and 7 female competitors, who contributed to Egypt's impressive medal haul. These achievements underscore Egypt's growing prominence in the sport on the continental stage.
