Manila: Egypt is participating in the Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts for the third consecutive year, showcasing handicrafts, pottery, and traditional and historical products as part of efforts to promote Egyptian heritage and enhance cultural exchange with participating countries.According to State Information Service Egypt, Jordanian Minister of Culture Mustafa Rawashdeh inaugurated the Embassy Pavilion on Friday, July 24, 2026, as part of the 40th edition of the Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts. The festival is held under the theme "A Legacy That Endures ... Generations That Unite," with the participation of 10 Arab and foreign countries, including Egypt.The event highlights the rich cultural tapestry of the participating nations and aims to foster mutual understanding and appreciation among diverse cultures. Egypt's pavilion, in particular, is drawing attention for its display of unique traditional crafts and artifacts, reflecting the country's historical depth and artistic heritage.
